Trying to decide if I should go to my town’s annual Maple Festival to see the governor that was nearly attacked by a bear or stay in bed and watch Rifftrax all day.

I don't understand.
Why would call and make an appointment for your seventeen year old to get tattooed when you don’t want them to get one? They can’t get it legally without your presence and consent. I don’t understand why you don’t just say “No, I am not signing for you to get a tattoo. Wait a year until you’re old enough to do it on your own.”
