One word: “feticide.” The article mentions that this is the same man who tried to get the state to may poor women $1000 to get their tubes tied and suggested that there be tax incentives for rich, college-educated women to give birth. Fuck that. You want fewer poor folks to have babies? Make birth control affordable and make abortion clinics more accessible for folks of all income levels finding themselves in the situation where they may need one.
